    _We are looking for you to join our team as an_ **_Electronic_** **_Technician 3_** _based out of_ **_Rolling Meadows, IL._**

     

    _The selected candidate will perform routine technical functions related to the support of designing, assembling, testing, and maintaining advanced electronic systems used in mission-critical applications. In this role, you will work hands-on with electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and test equipment to ensure systems meet performance and quality standards. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work._

    _What You’ll Get to Do_** **_:_

    + _Assemble, install, test, and maintain electronic systems, components, and equipment._

    + _Diagnose and repair circuit boards, wiring, and other electronic components._

    + _Performs routine operational tests and faulty isolation on systems and equipment._

    + _Ensure conformance with design specifications._

    + _Diagnose and isolate malfunctions down to the component level. Conducts defined engineering. tests and collects data assigned._

    + _Document test results, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately._

    + _Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis using oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF Generators, and spectrum analyzers._

    + _Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and security standards_

    **_Basic Qualifications for_** **_Electronic Technician 3_** :

    + _High School Graduate and 4 years of related experience or:_

    + _Electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school or military technical school_

    + _Experience troubleshooting analog and digital circuits._

    + _U.S. Citizen_

    _Preferred Qualifications for_** **_Electronic Technician 3_** **_:_

    + _Familiarity with RF systems, digital/analog circuits, or embedded electronics._

    + _Experience with Component-level troubleshooting_

    + _Experience with VOM, DVM, and similar test apparatus._

    + _Experience with SAP/GOLD._

    _MANUMS_

    Primary Level Salary Range: $61,700.00 - $102,800.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
