    System One is seeking a Credentialing Supervisor to lead and support a credentialing team for a Tulsa-based healthcare organization. This role is responsible for supervising staff, overseeing workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. The Credentialing Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining accurate provider data, supporting credentialing processes, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise credentialing staff, provide coaching and feedback, and promote continuous professional development.

    + Oversee day-to-day workflows and projects to ensure timely and accurate credentialing activities.

    + Maintain and update credentialing policies and procedures to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.

    + Support provider data management, audits, and ongoing monitoring activities.

    + Coordinate committee agendas, reporting, and follow-up related to credentialing.

    + Ensure compliance with credentialing processes, including initial applications, reappointments, and delegated credentialing oversight.

    + Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate credentialing activities.

    + Prepare and deliver reports on credentialing performance and outcomes.

    + Manage credentialing-related invoices and committee stipends.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

    + Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

    + Knowledge of credentialing practices and regulatory standards.

    Education & Experience:

    + Associate’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or health insurance setting.

    + Previous credentialing experience required.

    + Supervisory experience preferred (2+ years).

    + Certification in credentialing (CPMSM or CPCS) preferred.
