    Your Responsibilities

    + Assist in creating and implementing fun and effective treatment plans

    + Support our residents in their exercises and therapeutic activities

    + Encourage and educate patients on techniques for their care

    + Track and celebrate patients' progress

    + Help with equipment setup and maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly

    + Collaborate with our wonderful healthcare team to provide the best care

    Requirements

    + A degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program

    + Current license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant

    + Previous experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential!

    + Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

    + Team player who loves to collaborate and support others

    + Detail-oriented and organized in managing patient documentation
