This Human Resources Summer Associate Internship is an 11-week, paid internship. During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects that focus on employee retention and engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and HR operations. You'll receive mentorship, enhance your skills with hands-on real-world experiences, and have a little bit of fun too!

Recruitment Timeline Expectations

+ September through October 20th: Accepting applications

+ Mid October through Early November 2025: Video interviews conducted

+ November 2025: Formal interviews conducted

+ December 2025: Offers extended

+ Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred

+ Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

+ Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities

+ Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2026 for approximately 11 weeks with minimal absence
