    Salary: $20 / Hour

    We're Hiring: School Aide (Special Needs Support)

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? We're looking for a dedicated School Aide to support students with special needs in both instructional and behavioral settings. This role requires prior experience working with children, especially those who need extra care and support.

    What You'll Do:

    + Assist students with instructional and behavioral needs in the classroom

    + Support children with special needs under the supervision of special education staff and teachers

    + Help with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by healthcare professionals

    + Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Experience working with children is required (experience with special needs preferred)

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray as needed)

    + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    + Commitment to professional standards and ethical practices
