    Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for Psychiatric (Psych) assignments in Hampstead, NH!

    Position Details:

    Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ ability toextend)

     

    Number of Openings: 1

     

    Start Date: 10/13

     

    Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (5x8's) /Days (7a-3:30p) or Evenings (3p-11:30p) / Every other weekend

    Setting:

    + Pediatric/adolescent psych facility

    Position Requirements:

    + Minimum 2 years of recent RN Psych experience

    + Must be willing to work with a pediatric patient population

    + Must be willing to perform blood draws on peds/adolescent population

    + NH RN or Compact RN license

    + BLS (AHA)

    ThePsychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse, requires a wide range ofnursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise. PMH nurses promotewell-being through prevention and education, in addition to the assessment,diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective andefficient manner and demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability inthe coordination of patient care. The PMH RN works in a variety ofsettings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, andcommunities when applicable.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse Licensure in-state practicing

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
