    Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Full-Time | $45/hr | Elementary | 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students in the San Antonio, TX area. This in-person role begins September 29, 2025, and runs for a 30-week contract through the 2025–2026 school year.

    Position Overview:

    + Grade Level: Elementary

    + Caseload: Approximately 60–70 students

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    + Hours: 40 hours/week

    + Modality: In-person

    + Interview Format: Virtual (in-person preferred)

    + Pay Rate: $45/hour

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of an SLP

    + Assist with evaluations and documentation

    + Support students across general and special education settings

    + Collaborate with school staff and contribute to IEP goals

    Requirements:

    + Current SLPA certification in the state of practice

    + Resume and certification required for onboarding

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
