Salary: $1200 / Week
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
+ Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
+ Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
REQUIREMENTS
- 26 week assignment
- Day shift - 9am-7:30pm 4x10s
- Mostly group documentation.
- Standard Group - 10-20 clients in one group - can fluctuate. if it's more than 15 they will have another staff with them.
- Mixture of adults and adolescents, must be comfortable with both populations.

• $3021 Total Travel Package weekly
• $1320 Weekly Taxable Wages
+ · $1099 Weekly Lodging Allowance
+ · $602 Weekly M&I Allowance
• *Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. The total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.
