With a strong and ongoing affiliation with McKenzie Willamette Hospital, Thurston clinicians also benefit from seamless coordination and access to specialty services, allowing for comprehensive, whole-person care.

     

    As an Advanced Practice Provider with Thurston, you’ll enjoy the support of an exceptional care team, the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients of all ages, and the flexibility to explore niche clinical interests in a collegial, growth-oriented environment.

    Benefit Highlights:

    + Compensation:$141,000 - $145,000 base salary

    + Production Compensation average $180,000-$190,000/year

    + 4 day workweek

    + Up to $10,000 Relocation

    + Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus

    Minimum Qualifications

    Required Qualifications & Abilities:

    + Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

    + Required: Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care

    + Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care

    + Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

    + Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

    + Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

    + In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Respect for patient's confidentiality

    + Compassionate and approachable

    + Responsible and trustworthy

    + Attend work regularly and on time

    General Physical Requirements

     

    + While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

    + The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.

    + The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    + Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
