Thurston Medical Clinicis seeking a skilled and collaborativePhysician AssistantorNurse Practitioner to join our thriving multi-specialty practice in Springfield, Oregon. This full-time, outpatient-only position offers the chance to deliver high-quality, relationship-centered care while working alongside one of the region’s most talented and diverse provider teams.

Benefit Highlights:

+ Compensation:$141,000 - $145,000 base salary

+ Production Compensation average $180,000-$190,000/year

+ 4 day workweek

+ Up to $10,000 Relocation

+ Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

+ Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

+ Required: Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care

+ Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care

+ Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

+ Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

+ Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

+ In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Respect for patient's confidentiality

+ Compassionate and approachable

+ Responsible and trustworthy

+ Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

+ While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
