    We are seeking a Program Control Manager to support the professional development of program control analysts within the organization. In this role, you will assess current business processes and practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute or oversee the execution and implementation of process improvements. You will have the chance to collaborate with other business units on overarching system enhancements for business systems. You will support the review of contracts for cost and reporting requirements and develop reporting templates and flow-down requirements for internal and external customers.

    Required

    + BS or BA degree

    + 12 years of direct experience with accounting, financial analysis, or program control analysis

    + Proficiency in MS Office

    + Proficiency with Deltek CostPoint

    + Proficiency with COGNOS

    + 5 plus years’ experience with Cost Plus Fixed Fee cost and project management

    + Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

     

    Desired

     

    + BS in Finance or Accounting

    + Direct experience as a supervisor

    + Project management experience

    + Six Sigma process improvement
