    Our client islooking for a dynamic Business Analyst/Strategist who can conduct market research, understand complex technical concepts, and translate them into compelling product proposals and strategies. The ideal candidate will be a PowerPoint Ninja, capable of creating visually appealing and concise presentations that effectively communicate ideas and strategies. This role requires a high-velocity individual who can produce high-quality work with short turnaround times and think independently.

     

    _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

    + Analyze complex technical information and translate it into actionable product strategies.

    + Develop compelling product proposals and strategic plans that align with business objectives.

    + Create visually appealing and concise PowerPoint presentations to communicate ideas and strategies effectively.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate strategic recommendations.

    + Work independently to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.

    + Continuously monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

    Experience Requirements:

    + 8+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Strategist, preferably in a technology-focused environment.

    + Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.

    + Exceptional PowerPoint skills with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

    + Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work with short turnaround times.

    + Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Education Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._

     

    _W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality._
