**BrightStar Indiana** , a partner of the State Lottery Commission of Indiana, works to maximize net income to the State of Indiana in a socially responsible manner through the sales of Hoosier Lottery tickets. Generating more than $1.5 billion in sales annually, BrightStar Indiana is responsible for marketing, product development, sales, technology, and operations functions for and on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery.

Overview

Brightstar is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented **ITS Representative** to support inventory management at retail locations while ensuring security and enabling sales growth. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with Sales Representatives and retailers to manage scratch inventory, optimize order efficiency, and support top revenue-generating initiatives—all while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll need to be a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

+ Execute daily ITS responsibilities with consistency and organization.

+ Maintain department benchmarks for inbound calls, shortage resolution, and call monitoring scores.

+ Ensure inventory compliance at retail locations, aligned with assigned call cycles.

+ Collaborate with Sales Representatives to maintain optimal inventory levels at retail.

+ Balance core responsibilities with additional projects and tasks as assigned.

+ Manage inbound calls with accuracy, documenting notes and processing retailer orders efficiently.

Qualifications

+ Strong verbal communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings.

+ Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

+ Proficiency in computer systems and applications.

+ Professional, diplomatic approach to customer interactions.

+ Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
