Job Description

As an OneStream Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our OneStream application. You will work alongside our internal team to ensure seamless integration and functionality. You will help us enhance our OneStream platform, elevate our team’s skills, and ensure ongoing smooth, successful releases. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, implement, and maintain OneStream core application components such as business rules, calculations, cube views, dashboards, workspaces, forms, and workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high performance and reliability

• Develop and maintain ACM jobs and transformation rules

• Manage integrations, automation, and performance tuning

• Train and mentor the FP&A team on OneStream, sharing best practices

• Collaborate with Finance and IT to deliver high-value solutions

• Work in sprints, balancing coding tasks with meetings and collaboration

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience (FP&A focus preferred), including writing business rules & formulas

• Strong proficiency in VB.NET and .NET/C#

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with enterprise integrations, automation, data governance, and compliance

• Experience with finance applications and financial processes

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit

• Ability to hit the ground running and deliver value quickly Located in PST time zone
