    Position Purpose:

    ATI is currently seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor (Mon-Fri 11pm-7am) to join our facility located in Cudahy, WI. A successful Maintenance Supervisor will plan, implement and execute preventative maintenance and repair of ATI Cudahy Operations manufacturing equipment and plant infrastructure.

    Position Responsibilities Include:

    + Supervise a diverse team of Maintenance Specialists

    + Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

    + Create, plan and manage ATI's preventative maintenance, repair activities, and projects

    + Actively supports ATI Forged Products, safety and quality programs and ensure the execution of safe job practices

    + Provide instruction and training to hourly personnel to insure an effective and efficient work force.

    + Ensure employee conformance to Company work rules and union contracts.
