    Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

    About the Role

    As a Financial Analyst at Vagaro, you will support the Finance team in analyzing SaaS and payment processing metrics to help shape data-driven strategies. Working closely with the Director of FP&A, you will assist in building financial models, preparing reports, and delivering insights on revenue, churn, and transaction trends. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to strengthen their skills in financial modeling, reporting, and SaaS metrics within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in tracking SaaS and payment metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and transaction volumes.

    + Support the creation of financial models for forecasting and budgeting.

    + Work with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, and Excel to generate reports and insights.

    + Partner with the Finance team to provide data-driven insights on revenue and performance.

    + Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis, and presentations.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

    + 2–3+ years of financial analysis or related experience (internships and academic projects welcome).

    + Strong Excel and data analysis skills; exposure to SQL, Power BI, or NetSuite a plus.

    + Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a SaaS and payments environment.
