Overview
This role is focused on insight analysis and the data management required to drive insightful media optimization. An appropriate candidate has experience translating data into applicable learnings and understands the ecosystem of media trafficking and media strategy that impact in-flight performance.
Responsibilities
+ Maintaining mapping files for media / data attributes and classification
+ Owning data inputs for weekly reporting deliverables to client teams
+ Maintaining Tableau reporting dashboards
+ Writing weekly insights based on media performance; presenting optimization recommendations and learings
+ Aggregating data for ad hoc analyses, writing summaries and implications based on ad-hoc media performance questions
+ Maintain weekly status documents with client team to keep projects and deliverables on task
+ Applying knowlege of digital media metrics (CPM, VCR, ROAS, CPA) to insight
+ Media KPI documentation; owns optimization framework mapping media tactics to their appropriate reporting KPIs and maintains reporting against those assigned KPIs
Qualifications
Looking for candidates with proven strength in insights and analysis; data skills necessary but extensive background (ex: engineering experience) not needed. More focused on data applications than data manipulations.

Independence: trusts self-judgement and intuition, can problem solve independently and demonstrate critical thinking
Curious: asks thoughtful questions, foresees how they fit the role and can speak to their alignment to our needs
Media industry experience | knows how ad-serving, algorithms, and audience targeting work (will apply context daily to optimization recommendations and media insight)
Media data | has worked with media data from social platforms, 3P Ad Servers, Search, Programmatic DSPs; knows all common media metrics like CPM, Impressions, Clicks, Video Completions, etc
Media Attribution | understands how conversion attribution works (MMP app attribution; website pixels and CAPI) and can apply that knowledge to data interpretation and management
Insight Generation | can provide tangible examples of insights generated in reporting experience and their application to media optimization or business impact
Communication and conduct | displays approachability, speaks with confidence and diplomacy, interested in client facing communication

Compensation Range: $72,390.00-$109,480.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
