**_Hearthstone,_** located in the heart of Pella, Iowa, is hiring a **full-time, day-shift RN** to join our Assisted Living Clinical Team.

**_WesleyLife Community for Healthy Living_** offers a comprehensive range of services, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care across three distinct campuses. Embracing a ministry approach, Hearthstone focuses on enhancing residents' lives through engagement, respect, compassion, and joy. We feature an award-winning household model with 16 residents in each home engaging with one another and our greater community. With a commitment to community integration and celebrating the wisdom of aging, Hearthstone invites residents to live purposefully and enjoy a true sense of family and home.

A Typical Day for an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) with Hearthstone/The Cottages:

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.

+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.

+ Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.

+ Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.

+ Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.

+ Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans.

Current RN Openings:

+ 1st Shift (6:30am-2:00pm) Full-Time

Shift Differentials:

+ Weekends: Additional $1.00/hr
