We are seeking a motivated **IT Systems Intern** to join our team and gain hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, cybersecurity, lab systems, and regulatory compliance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real-world projects that support our research infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

+ Assist with troubleshooting desktop and lab system issues across research centers.

+ Learn how to support and maintain secure, fault-tolerant networks.

+ Shadow team members in implementing IT solutions and upgrades.

+ Participate in lab system setup and support, including imaging and deployment.

+ Gain exposure to regulatory and compliance processes in IT environments.

+ Collaborate with IT staff and research teams to understand infrastructure needs.

What You'll Bring:

+ Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

+ Interest in system troubleshooting, networking, cybersecurity, and lab support.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

+ Prior coursework or experience in IT support or systems is a plus but not required.
