    The Manager CBO:

    + Responsible for managing, planning and overseeing all aspects of Central Pricing including electronic and telephonic price estimates and price transparency for hospital, physician, free-standing imaging and free-standing surgery centers; call center management; data analysis and reporting; compliance adherence; strategic process improvement; organizational alignment; team development and KPI's to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

    + Works with Admitting, Scheduling, CPU, CAU, Clinical, Ancillary, IT and Billing departments as well as Vendors to establish and maintain collaboration and mutual support resulting in a smooth process.

    + Maintains education, awareness, and knowledge of current changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies and applies them to payer files.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Required Education and Experience;

    + Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Patient Financial Services or Patient Access experience in a coordinator or supervisory role

    + OR High School or equivalent and 10 years of supervisory or management experience.

    + **Required Specific Skills also includes:** Understanding of insurance contracts, insurance benefits, claims analysis, billing, and coding.
