    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an **Psychiatric Supp Coord - LPN** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **Northside!**

     

    + **Facility:** Northside Behavioral Health

    + **Location:** Tampa

    + **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No

    + **Shift Hours:** varies, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    + **Weekend Work:** None

    + **On Call:** No

    The** **Psychiatric Supp Coord - LPN** **:

    + Acts as liaison between patients, team members, physicians, ARNPs, other customers and administration.

    + Assist with oversight of the daily clinical operation of medical services at multiple sites. Possess a clear understanding of the service delivery system in accordance with all regulations, statutory requirements and regional policies; in addition to performing direct care responsibilities.

    + Travel to multiple sites required. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Certifications and Licensures:

    + LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    Required Education:

    + High School or Equivalent

    + Associates in Nursing - preferred

    Experience:

    + 3 years in healthcare

    + 1 year leadership preferred

    + 1 year behavioral health preferred
