    critical in ensuring our organization’s data privacy practices align with international regulations, particularly the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).     Data Privacy Manager

    Key Job Elements:

    • Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of global data privacy policies and procedures;

    • Ensure compliance with GDPR, EU GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws across jurisdictions;

    • Oversee data subject rights requests, privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data mapping exercises;

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, HR, and Security to embed privacy by design;

    • Administer and optimize the use of One Trust for privacy workflows, assessments, and reporting;

    • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations;

    • Support internal audits and external assessments related to data privacy;

    • Deliver training and awareness programs to promote a culture of privacy compliance.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or risk management within a global organization;

    • In-depth knowledge of GDPR, EU GDPR, and other global privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA, LGPD);

    • Proven experience with One Trust or similar privacy management tools;

    • Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT are highly desirable;

    • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
