Description:
You would be responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures.
**You Will Be Responsible For** :
+ **Exceptional Patient Care:** Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
+ **Excellent Communicator** : Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with admin, colleagues, patients and family member.
+ **Strong Educator** : Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
+ **Technical Familiarity** : Understanding in computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
+ **Active Teamwork** : Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.
**Position Hours** :
40 hours, Day Shifts
**Requirements** :
+ **Education** : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
+ **Licensure** : Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
+ **Certification** : BLS certification required.
+ Basic computer skills required.
+ Effective communication, organizational and critical thinking skills.
