    Description:

    Seeking a CRNP to work in primary care at the Medical Arts Internal Medicine practice.

     

    Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care practice located in Langhorne, PA associated with St. Mary Medical Center.

    Essential functions of these opportunities include:

    + Panel Provider - to see 18 patients per day; 36patient facing hours/week.

    + Call schedule is 1:6. Practice currently employes six MDs.

    + Consulting with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment.

    + Recommending and orders tests to help diagnose condition.

    + Monitoring lab results.

    + Prescribing or administering treatment.

    + Utilizing EMR system for documentation (EPIC).

    + Explaining test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient.

    + Collaborative work environment with Physicians, LPN for triage, and MA's and office staff.

    + Referring patients to medical specialists when necessary.
