• Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning

    Job Description

    Create comprehensive financial analyses and financial proformas for new business opportunities, existing services, and capital requests that can be used to make well informed decisions. Present analyses to value-analysis teams, physicians, and leadership. Prepare five-year financial forecast. Coordinate capital and operating budgets for entire organization, including updating and maintenance of budgeting system, review and reconciliations of data, performance of variance analyses, and preparation of budget statements/reports. Support Service line leaders with financial analysis and guidance.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics required. Minimum of either three years in healthcare finance experience or five years finance experience in another industry required. Solid understanding of financial statements, financial analyses and forecasts, budgeting processes, and cost accounting. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, superior attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, effective communication skills. Extensive experience with all Microsoft Office programs, especially spreadsheets and databases.
