You’ll work alongside peers in our external communications team to ensure our storytelling is consistent, aligned, and reflects the values that guide our work—both inside and outside of the organization.

The Editorial Manager, Internal Communications will play a central role in building trust, deepening understanding, and strengthening alignment across the organization by delivering communications that reflect our values: **Quality, Integrity, Teamwork,** and **Stewardship** . Whether developing day-to-day communications, shaping our narrative across multiple channels, or contributing to leadership messaging, this role helps ensure our voice reflects who we are—and who we aspire to be.

The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.
