    Facility / Property Control Tech

     

    Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a well-qualified candidate to serve as the Facility / Property Control Tech for Role-player Services (RPS) in Glynco, GA. The Facility / Property Control Tech assists in the coordination, maintenance, and accounting for all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 300 roleplaying personnel. **_This position is full time from 3PM to 11PM._**

    Key Responsibilities

    + Inventory control for all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 300 roleplaying personnel

    + Store, organize, and ensure repair for all uniforms and props for all active training scenarios

    + Assist in delivery of materials, supplies, etc. to training sites in coordination with PM and APM.

    + Coordinate vehicles used to support the training exercises

    + Other actions as directed by the Facility / Property Control Lead or the Project Manager.

    + Ensure on-site Facility and Property control coverage during normal duty hours Monday through Friday, some weekends might be required.

    Required Qualifications

    + Must be a US citizen

    + High school diploma

    + Minimum of 2 years experience providing logistics support

    + Must possess keen leadership skills as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    + Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe

    + Ability to pass a background examination

    Desired Qualifications

    + Previous experience working role player support for large training organizations
