Our client, the retail and food service industry, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be part of the management team supporting food operations and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering quality customer experiences which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Kitchen Manager

**Pay Range:** $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality and safety

+ Evaluate, adjust, and enhance menu offerings based on customer feedback and seasonal trends

+ Create and test new menu items, ensuring they meet quality, presentation, and profitability standards

+ Collaborate with leadership on menu rollouts, promotional offerings, and operational improvements

+ Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste to drive profitability

What's Needed?

+ Proven leadership experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a food retail environment

+ Strong culinary background and knowledge of food safety regulations

+ Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to lead and motivate a team in a positive, collaborative manner

+ Proficiency with inventory management software and kitchen technology
