We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, including software and cloud-based platform challenges.

• Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to streamline payroll and benefits management.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms to manage payroll functions efficiently.

• Support performance management initiatives by aligning payroll processes with organizational goals.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance payroll operations.

• Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role with expertise in software troubleshooting.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.

• Industry-specific experience in payroll using cloud-based SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or human resources is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple payroll functions, HR tasks, and benefits administration.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive client interactions.

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Motivated and proactive approach to learning and improving payroll, HR, and benefits processes.
