Shipping/Mailroom Associate

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Shipping/Mailroom Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for handling daily shipping and mailroom operations, ensuring timely service, and supporting cross-functional coverage when needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

+ Promptly informed supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.

+ Reviewed and responded to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication in a timely manner.

+ Maintained a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

+ Attended cross-functional training sessions to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.

+ Supported site responsibilities, with flexibility to cover different locations as required by client and division needs.

Qualifications

+ 1 year of previous experience in shipping, mailroom, or related operations.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and professionally.

+ Customer-service mindset with problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

+ Willingness to travel or provide coverage at different sites as needed.

Schedule & Location

Full-time, on-site position.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
