Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist/Office Administrator with strong data entry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling a variety of administrative and reception tasks, including managing incoming calls and visitors, performing timely and accurate data entry, and supporting office operations as needed.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Reception Duties: Greet visitors and clients professionally, manage a multi-line phone system, and direct calls and messages to the appropriate contacts.
+ Bilingual Communication: Provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication with a diverse client base.
+ Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in the company's systems and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
+ Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, filing, mail distribution, and other clerical tasks.
+ Office Coordination: Maintain general office cleanliness, organization, and supplies inventory; coordinate vendor services when necessary.
+ Problem-Solving: Address client and visitor inquiries promptly and professionally while actively resolving issues or redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication).
+ Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role.
+ Strong data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
+ Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ A friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a bilingual (Spanish/English) client-facing role.
+ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems or other data management tools.
