    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere. This position requires multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in basic office software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming calls, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries.

    • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.

    • Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and documentation.

    • Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations.

    • Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize workflow.

    • Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and well-maintained.

    • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel for administrative tasks.

    • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support diverse clientele.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.

    • MUST be bilingual in Spanish

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

    • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • A detail-oriented approach and at least 1+ years of experience.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
