    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a client in Green Bay to find an experienced Billing Analyst to join their General Accounting team. This role is perfect for someone with tenure and expertise who thrives in ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and smooth revenue cycle operations.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Review and post customer invoices, resolving discrepancies and exceptions

    + Verify shipment quantities and maintain accurate billing records in the ERP system

    + Manage sales holds, returns, credits, and rebills efficiently

    + Maintain job exemption and customer setup documentation for compliance

    + Generate weekly and month-end reports, keeping leadership informed

    + Collaborate across departments to resolve billing and invoicing questions

    + Support special projects and continuous process improvements

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    + 5+ years of experience in billing or accounting environments

    + 1–2 years of data entry experience

    + Familiarity with ERP platform

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
