How you create impact

The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center (OCC). Specifically, the Operational Care Specialist is part of a team within OCC, who are responsible for direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCL), proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service colleagues.

+ Ensure timely and accurate file processing in compliance with company policies and procedures, while maintaining real-time shipment visibility.

+ Manage and respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, prioritizing and balancing customer-specific needs daily.

+ Partner with the Customer Care Location (CCL) team to uphold service commitments by analyzing customer KPI reports and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

+ Work closely with the System Process team to promote automation and enhance efficiency within Operational Care workflows.

+ Maintain accurate customer data within core operating systems by initiating and updating Business Profiles and overseeing Wiki page content for consistency and accessibility.

What we would like you to bring

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ years of freight forwarding experience

+ 1+ years of customer service experience
