    The franchised La Quinta by Wyndham location in Hollywood, Florida is seeking a Night Auditor (Franchise) to join its team at the La Quinta by Wyndham Ft. Lauderdale - Airport​.

     

    The Role

     

    We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and balancing daily hotel accounts. This role also includes light food and beverage duties, such as setting up the breakfast area for the following morning.

    What you'll do

    + Greet and register guests, process check-ins/check-outs, and manage reservations.

    + Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.

    + Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in daily reports and postings.

    + Balance and reconcile all financial transactions, prepare and file required reports.

    + Monitor the property overnight for security and safety, addressing guest needs promptly.

    + Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

    + Assist with preparing the breakfast area by setting up items and ensuring readiness for guests.

    + Follow brand standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.

    You'll be successful if you have

    + Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus.

    + Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

    Required Qualifications/Experience

    + Hotel Front Desk or Auditor: 1 year (Required).
