    The Staff GL Accountant will play an important role in managing the general ledger and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role will involve a range of accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.

    + Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

    + Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    + Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

    + Assist with external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

    + Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial processes and reporting.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

    + Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP

    + SAP and/or Oracle experience is a differential

    Other Responsibilities:

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department for US and EMEA entities.

    + Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required like SAP implementation for GL related areas.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or related field.

    + Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

    + Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

     

    Expected Salary Range

     

    $66,800.00 - $120,700.00

     

    The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
