CTG is seeking to fill a Desktop Technician opening for our client in Rochester, NY.

**Location:** Rochester, NY

**Duration:** Ongoing Contract

Duties:

+ Provide desktop and helpdesk support with a focus on Windows 11/Windows 10 deployment.

+ Participate in a laptop replacement service project, including imaging new PCs and assisting users with migration to new hardware.

+ Support Windows 11 upgrades and aged hardware replacement projects.

+ Perform PC recoveries onsite at Rochester facilities.

+ Assist with end-user computing (EUC) tasks and varied IT assignments as directed.

+ Provide ad-hoc support using the Ivanti Service Manager tool for incidents and requests.

+ Follow up on end-user email requests and coordinate resolution as directed.

Skills:

+ Strong experience in desktop and helpdesk support environments.

+ Hands-on expertise with Windows 11 and Windows 10 deployment projects.

+ Proficiency in PC imaging, hardware replacement, and system migration.

+ Familiarity with Ivanti Service Manager or similar ITSM tools.

+ Ability to work independently and follow direction in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

+ Prior experience in desktop technician or helpdesk support roles.

+ Demonstrated success with Windows 11/Windows 10 deployments and end-user support.

Education:

+ High School Diploma required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
