    Home Care Opportunity – Nurse Practitioner - San Fernando, CA

     
     

    Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a home care position in San Fernando, CA. This opportunity can either be a 6 month locum's contract or a permanent employment.

     

    + Location: San Fernando, CA

    + Position Type: Full time

    + Setting: Home care - Focus is on geriatric populations, especially those suffering from nephrology disorders and other poly-chronic conditions

    + Start Date: Early November start date is expected

    + Duration: 6 month's locums contract OR permanent employment

    + Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

    + Pay Rate: Competitive pay, W2 with included benefits

     
     

    • Board Certified NP

    • CA state license

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in home care and treating geriatric populations

    • Strong communication and patient care skills
