• MRI Tech | 40 Hours

    Salary: $2800 / Week

     

    Amergis Staffing is currently working with a much-respected facility in Boston, MA and is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) on a contractual basis!

    Position Details:

    Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ ability to extend)

     

    Start Date: 10/20

     

    Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (5x8's) / Evenings / Varying schedules available

    Setting:

    + Teaching hospital

    + Inpatient

    + Siemens 1.5/3T scanners

    Position Requirements:

    + Minimum 2 years of MRI experience + 1 year of inpatient experience

    + Siemens 1.5/3T experience preferred

    + MA radiation license

    + ARRT (MR), BLS

     

    The MRI Technologist uses magnetic resonance imaging scanners and related equipment to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the radiology field

    + Registered with the ARRT; if required by state regulations or contract specification.

    + One (1) one year of experience in related field preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
