    CDL Driver – Residential Route

    **Location:** Shreveport, LA

    **Pay:** $19-20/hour (based on experience)

    **Schedule:** Monday-Friday | Start time: 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | 10+ Hour Days | 45-50 hours a week

     

    We’re hiring a **CDL Driver** to run residential garbage routes right here in **Shreveport** . In this role, you’ll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and/or residential routes. We’re looking for someone who puts safety first and takes pride in doing the job right. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes

    + Collect waste orrecyclingfrom local businesses or homes

    + Deliver dependable service with a safety-first mindset

    + Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle

    + Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates

    + Maintain compliance with DOT and companysafetystandards

    + Additional duties as needed

    Requirements:

    + A Class A or B CDL

    + 2+ year ofCDL drivingexperience

    + A clean driving record and strong safety awareness

    + Solid customer service skills and a team-player mindset
