    One of our clients in the Dallas area are looking to add a dedicated Software Engineer to their team. The Software Engineer will be a team player and work across domains to drive and develop next-generation digital engagement experiences for our clients’ associates. In this role, the Software Engineer will require a high level of partnership and collaborate within a matrixed environment, working closely with Business Units, Distribution, and Technology teams.

     

    The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions. The Software Engineer will actively participate in the development process, writing and maintaining application features and automated tests. The Software engineer will have proven experience with SQL and ETL testing data focused. The Software Engineer will be ready to make a significant impact and drive innovation to meet business needs.

     

    _Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    _Rate: $55-$60 hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    + Good understanding about SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) concepts

    + Act as a technical consultant for a group of data test engineers

    + Experience with requirement analysis, defect tracking, coordinating with team members in different locations and test reporting and closure

    + Should be comfortable in writing complex SQL queries and perform data analysis

    + Working knowledge of Relational Database Management System with Oracle, Netezza

    + Working knowledge on ETL/Dataware house/Datalake testing

    Experience Requirements:

    + Experience in reporting tools like – Power BI, Tableau etc. is an advantage

    + Experience in data test automation tools like iCEDQ

    Education Requirements:

    + **6+ years of IT experience**

    + **Bachelors or Masters in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering etc.) required.**

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
