    Job Description

    Our client is looking for a dynamic, ethical Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in embedding verbal behavior programming in a classroom setting. Must have an understanding of child development and be comfortable using developmental milestones in treatment planning for children with ASD. Experience with staff training and caregiver coaching a plus!

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that will provide quality care and support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, functional analyses and assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Under the supervision of the Program Manager and Director of ABA/Autism Services, the BCBA provides direct ABA services, clinical supervision, consultation, and parent training/education to children and families seen through the ESNG Child Development Centers and Babies Can’t Wait. They oversee a team of behavior technicians (BTs) who provide developmental and autism-related services. Treatment will occur in various locations such as the home of the child, child development center classrooms, ABA clinic, or other locations specified.     Skills and Requirements

    * Experience in designing treatment goals based on child development and developmental milestones.

    * Expertise in the implementation and oversight of comprehensive and focused programming for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

    * Experience in early childhood education and child development.

    * Must Be A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

    *Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
