Job Description
We are seeking an experienced interim leader to step into a strategic role overseeing global IT change, security transformation, and risk management programs across one of our largest entertainment clients. This person will be stepping in for the Director of IT Security Program Management while she transitions into a new role and stands up another project. This role will provide direction and oversight for the global IT program portfolio, with a key focus on security, risk, and compliance-driven transformation.
This lead will work to establish and align the IT PMO and its standards across the globe, and transition into leading the security transformation program through future phases. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a PMO team as well as driving efforts to standardization and improvement of global PMO practices.
• Build or restructure PMO teams and delivery models
• Deliver large-scale technical programs aligned to security and IT risk agendas
• Align delivery frameworks across the business and ensure consistency of execution
• Set up and calibrate resource planning models (currently built in Excel)
• Evaluate and refine planning tools/processes across projects
• Experience with tools like ASANA for managing project and team capacity
• Maintain and evolve a robust IT risk framework
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level)
• Present complex program updates, risk metrics, and investment cases clearly
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and delivery

Skills and Requirements
PMO & Program Management
• Proven experience in setting up or improving a PMO function at scale
• Strong track record of leading technical programs (e.g., IT security, infrastructure, risk)
• Deep understanding of SDLC and delivery lifecycle governance
• Experienced in driving governance alignment across complex, global environments
Technical Acumen
• Solid technical background; able to interface with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
• Comfortable working with resource planning tools (especially Excel)
• Hands-on experience using ASANA for project and resource management
Stakeholder Management
• Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
• Strong communication skills — able to present risks, investment cases, and delivery updates clearly
• Builds trusted relationships across IT, security, compliance, and business units
Attention to Detail
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Capable of setting standards and ensuring consistent reporting, delivery tracking, and documentation • Exposure to compliance or audit frameworks
• Comfortable leading audit prep and managing risk dashboards
• Background in fast-paced or regulated environments (e.g., finance, telco, public sector)
Experience setting up or refining resource capacity planning models
