    Key Responsibilities:

    1. **Strategic Partnership:** * Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.* Provide expert HR guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management, ensuring seamless integration of HR plans and business goals.

    2. **Talent Management:** * Drive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.* Work with leaders to identify, develop, and succession plan for key roles.

    3. **HR Solutions and Data-Driven Insights:** * Design and deliver HR solutions that meet business needs, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.* Analyze HR metrics and trends and provide data-driven insights to senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.

    4. **Change Management:** * Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transitions.* Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business outcomes.

    5. **Employee Experience:** * Foster a positive employee experience by promoting a culture of engagement and satisfaction.* Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    1. **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or* Equivalent experience in lieu of education, with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.* Experience in Employee Relations (ER) to include conducting investigatons is required.

    2. **Skills:** * Strategic thinking and business acumen.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and performance management tools.* Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with preferred experience using Excel and Tableau.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    3. **Certifications:** SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

     

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

     

    Experience working with a defense contractor or government contractor workforce, specifically SCA (Service Contract Act) workforce.

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
