    The **Harborview Medical Center – EEG Lab** has an outstanding opportunity for an **Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist Supervisor.**

    WORK SCHEDULE

    + Full-Time / 40 hours per week

    + Rotating/Variable Shift

    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

    The EEG Lab is an accredited lab and an essential part of the Level 4 Surgical Epilepsy Center and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. In the Harborview EEG Lab we perform a variety of tests including routine EEG, continuous EEG, Ambulatory EEG, Stereo EEG, Somatosensory Evoked Potentials, Visual Evoked Potentials, Brain stem Auditory Evoked Potentials, and Corticography.

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

    + Supervise the technical operations, training, and activities of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist I, II, and III staff and perform technical job skills at the level of a Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist III

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Develop or oversee the development, standardization and approval of lab procedures and protocols for clinical use.

    + Train END technologists and other personnel as needed and verify competencies of END Technologists and adherence to EEG Lab/Harborview procedures and protocols.

    + Provide work direction to END technologists.

    + Establish quality measures and conduct audits on data quality, track resources, prepare statistics.

    + Oversee continuing education for END techs and student programs.

    + Cover payroll and other administrative duties as appropriate or needed.

    + Participate in clinical investigative or research activities as appropriate.

    + Make independent judgments, decisions, and takes action regarding a wide range of routine and complex staffing and lab workflow issues.

    + Collaborate with appropriate disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care during EEG testing.

    + With delegated authority, interview and recommend selection of applicants, conduct performance evaluations and recommend disciplinary action if needed.

    REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    ABRET Registered or equivalent experience AND two years experience in staff supervision or equivalent education and experience. Certification in at least one END modality.

    $102,948.00 annual

    $147,252.00 annual
