    Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team as a **Machine Operator** and help ensure the timely creation of personalized credit and debit cards that millions of people rely on daily.

    Position Details:

    + **Pay Rate:** $19/hour

    + **Shift:** 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Rotating Schedule

    + **Start Date:** October 6

    + **Breaks:** 30-minute unpaid lunch break

    + **Location:** Indianapolis, IN

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining specialized equipment used in card production. Your work ensures accuracy, efficiency, and quality in every job run.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    + Operate various machines to personalize credit/debit cards

    + Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment

    + Perform quality control checks to ensure all materials meet job specifications

    + Stage materials for warehouse pickup after production runs

    + Cross-train in additional departments as needed based on workload

    + Adapt quickly to changes in production volume or job specifications

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Comfortable with basic computer use for data entry

    + Proficient in spoken and written English

    + Strong basic math skills

    + Physically capable of standing for 95% of the shift and lifting up to 40 lbs unassisted

    + Able to reach above shoulders, squat, kneel, climb, and bend frequently

    + Open to working overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

    Preferred:

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience (work, education, or military)

    + At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

    + Prior experience operating production machinery

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
