    The **Program Manager Analyst EN** will provide functional and specialized support, strategic direction, and oversight of the operations and business functions in support of AFRL enterprise, specifically the Engineering and Technical Management (EN) division.

    Responsibilities

    + Support organizational management through information gathering, analysis, and project management support including the recommendation of alternative business operational models.

    + Support, guide, prioritize, and communicate the S&T priorities of AFRL, external (foreign and domestic) partners, industry, academia, and small business, both written and in PowerPoint.

    + Assist with coordinating, organizing, managing, and participating in technical reviews, studies, and analyses.

    + Manage records in various systems.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + Minimum ten (10) years related work experience.

    + Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the DoD OR High School Diploma or GED

    + Minimum fifteen (15) years of related work experience

    + Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the DoD

    + Possess an Active Secret Clearance

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Ability for a variety of duties, to include, business operations, calendar/schedule management, correspondence and data repository, document preparation, electronic records management, information systems operations and management, meeting/event coordination and execution, suspense tracking, and travel management.
