    Novant Health is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated team. This role supports Radiologists and Neurointerventionalists in performing diagnostic angiography, interventional, and neuro-interventional procedures that directly impact patient outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform all diagnostic, interventional, and neuro-interventional imaging procedures

    + Assist physicians with angiographic and complex vascular/nonvascular interventional procedures while maintaining a sterile field

    + Prepare and position patients prior to procedures and remain bedside throughout

    + Monitor and report changes in patient condition to appropriate clinical staff

    + Provide education and support to patients and families regarding procedures

    + Administer contrast media per established medication review protocols

    + Document procedure-related information, perform image post-processing, and enter charges accurately

    + Maintain a clean, organized work environment, replenish supplies, and report equipment malfunctions

    + Transport patients safely as needed

    + Perform moderate or waived point-of-care testing in accordance with CLIA guidelines

    Education

    + Required: Associate Degree

    + Preferred: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

    Credentials

    + Required: ARRT Certification (Radiology Tech – Registered)

    Experience

    + Preferred: 1–2 years as an Interventional Radiology Technologist

    + Demonstrated skills in teamwork, communication, compassion, and patient-centered care
