• Haul Unit Operator

    Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. (Plymouth Meeting, PA)


    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul truck to transport materials safely and efficiently within the plant or quarry

    + Perform daily pre-operational inspections and report any issues

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

    + Follow all safety protocols and site procedures

    + Assist with general plant or quarry duties as needed

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly

    + Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and conditions

    + Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
