    What You'll Be Doing

    + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team to ensure safe and efficient operations

    + Monitor equipment and processes to maintain quality and productivity standards

    + Train and mentor team members to build operational capability and ensure compliance

    + Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety

    + Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team

    + Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation

    + Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

    + Commitment to safety and quality standards

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    + $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
