    The Opportunity:

    Responsibilities:

    + Support systems engineering efforts by executing technical integration and evaluation of fielded and emerging intelligence systems.

    + Conduct technical assessments, system validations, and interoperability testing using ARNG G-2 Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) processes.

    + Develop and maintain Test Plans, Test Descriptions, and Test Reports for hardware, software, and subsystems to validate compliance with DoD, Army, and ARNG G-2 directives.

    + Engage in system demonstrations, Test & Evaluation (T&E) events, and technical design reviews to assess system performance and operational effectiveness.

    + Provide coordination and liaison support for large-scale military exercises, ensuring system functionality within joint operational environments.

    + Assist in the development and integration of new intelligence capabilities by leveraging engineering best practices and prototyping methodologies.

    + Conduct modeling and simulation (M&S) activities to analyze system performance, assess technology feasibility, and support rapid capability development.

    + Implement system optimizations, end-to-end simulations, and sustainment modernization strategies to enhance intelligence operations.

    + Capture and analyze data from M&S exercises, document test outcomes, and provide technical recommendations for system enhancements.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to refine integration requirements, execute proof-of-concept initiatives, and support ongoing system fielding and sustainment efforts.

    + Actively support Amentum’s implementation of the B2C2WG (Boards, Bureau, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups) model.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a Systems Integration Engineer or similar role.

    + In-depth knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.

    + Experience with technical integration and evaluation of intelligence systems.

    + Proficiency in conducting technical assessments, system validations, and interoperability testing.

    + Strong skills in developing and maintaining Test Plans, Test Descriptions, and Test Reports.

    + Experience with system demonstrations, Test & Evaluation (T&E) events, and technical design reviews.

    + Ability to provide coordination and liaison support for large-scale military exercises.

    + Experience in developing and integrating new intelligence capabilities using engineering best practices and prototyping methodologies.

    + Proficiency in modeling and simulation (M&S) activities to analyze system performance and assess technology feasibility.

    + Experience implementing system optimizations, end-to-end simulations, and sustainment modernization strategies.

    + Strong data analysis skills to capture and analyze data from M&S exercises and document test outcomes.

    + Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders to refine integration requirements and execute proof-of-concept initiatives.

    _Desired:_

    + Advanced certifications in systems engineering or related fields.

    + Experience with ARNG G-2 Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) processes.

    + Familiarity with DoD, Army, and ARNG G-2 directives and compliance requirements.

    + Experience with B2C2WG (Boards, Bureau, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups) model implementation.

     

    This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

    **Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $94,400 - $198,200
